I grew up in Coron,Palawan that’s why i love this place so much. any chance that i get just to go back there i always came home. so
last christmas i packed my stuff and i buy ticket going back home to coron.
i arrived 4:15 pm at coron port, my friend picked me up. the next day he asked me if i wanted to go with him and join at their picnic.i said yes ,because i think that was going to be exciting and fun. i prepared myself what I’m going to wear and off course ,don’t forget to bring your sunblock for protection at sun harmful UV RAYS.

Our first destination “PASS ISLAND”
Pass Island Coron is one of the whitest, sandiest, tropical islands I’ve ever travelled to. yes i was amazed when we get there i can’t wait to take a lot of pictures. but first of all i applied my sunblock
Imagine pure white silica, soft underfoot, and tall, green palm trees towering skywards and casting blissful shadows over the beach.
That’s Pass Island, Coron’s white sand paradise. i can’t control my feelingS so i get lay down at sand . it was also my second time experiencing KAYAK. After that they prepared a lunch for us. they grilled the marinated barbeque and fish,they slice mango and cucumber. after the food was done we get our food and help our selves. the rice was perfect in grilled barbeque dipped into hot and spicy soy sauce paired with mango and cold buko.
Our second destination ” TANGAT WRECK”
The wreck dive here is recommended for beginners unlike any other wreck dive sites in Palawan. This is because East Tangat Wreck has a very good shallow water that is also enough to be enjoyed by the snorkelers. The site is also good for novices, underwater photographers and writers. On the other hand, allocentrics and adventurous divers could possibly not find the experience they are searching for in this dive site. These people prefer deeper water and sometimes strong currents . So because i can’t do snorkel i’d just did watching fishes and see the sunk gunboat wreck from the surface . i was so amazed by what i see

we’ve stay here for 30 minutes ,enjoying the spot and taking time to take picture. there’s some other tourists from other country visited there with us .this australlian girl enjoying the water and the view in the bottom of water ,while snorkeling.
after 30 minutes we’ve go next to “LUSONG GUNBOAT”
Near the beach lays to the side the Lusong gun boat. Ideal place for snorkeling and discover scubadiving course. Around noon can be crouted. Very good corals to see at the shalow part near the beach but pls… becareful how you swim to not brake them.
This is one of the popular spots to snorkel in this area and as a result can be over crowded . i wanna go back there if i have a chance but i want it happen with my love ones and my family.you don’t need to go to the water just to see the wrecked gunboat or just to see corals closer . you can see them even if you are still in your rented boat .
and we also spent 30 minutes there. i enjoyed watching people having fun doing snorkeling and taking pictures. the relationship between guests and boat man are so close. even the other boatman can’t speak english well they having fun and they understand each other still.
but whats the most exciting is? the man boating with his dog. that ‘s caught my attention. although the picture not shown here i can’t find it because my iphone has no charge.
I can say that no matter what happen, i will never leave this place. ‘CORON’ the place where i grew up,meet so many friends,make a lot of things and memories,even at my sorrow my greatest days and specially the time i learn yo fall inlove with someone broke my heart before. but i still find a man that will accept my past and listened to my story .
I wrote this story because i want to share with all of you how CORON was awesome and amazing ,although its not the place surrounded by taller buildings ,malls,amusement parks. this place will teach you how to be a stronger one because of the environment and the beauty of nature it has. I’m still proud i lived once in this place and i will still choose there over other places in the world. beacuse it’this place is part of my full personality , When in doubt, travel go where you feel most alive .MY HOME , MY PARADISE .
